11-version tuki päättyy 2020 joulukuun lopussa, kun uusi versio v 14 julkaistaan. Asiakkaita kehotetaan päivittämään versioon 14. Pyydä tarjous tai jos on ylläpitosopimus voimassa, niin päivitys kuuluu tuen piiriin.
Dear Customers,
Caldera would like to advise all clients still using Caldera Version 11,
that on December 31st, 2020, this version of our software will no longer be
supported.
Thereafter, technical assistance for Version 11 will not be available from
Caldera, including hotline and remote control of your RIP station.
While Caldera has provided support for Version 11 for the last five years, we
are focusing our support resources on more recent versions, where we continue
to deliver high-quality technical assistance and customer service experiences.
Can I still use Version 11?
Yes - You will be able to continue using Version 11 with your current set-up
and print environment. However, if you need drivers for new print or cutting
devices, these can only be supplied for Version 13 (V13), which will require
you to upgrade.
Can I upgrade to V13?
Yes - Caldera encourages all our customers to get the best out of our software,
by being on the latest version. To find out how to upgrade to Version 13 and
how much it will cost, please contact your Caldera dealer or sales contact.
How can I keep my software continuously updated?
Caldera offers a support and maintenance contract called CalderaCare. With this
subscription, you will be ensured that all your software products will be kept
up-to-date with the latest versions and enhancements. CalderaCare also includes
SLA (Service Level Agreement) support, where our team of technical experts will
be on hand to respond and to help you keep your production up and running when
you need it the most.
As of December 31st, 2020, V11 customers will have to purchase a new RIP License to be on our latest version (V13). However, in some cases, customers will be able to Trade-In their current V11 license to receive a discount on a new Caldera package.
